Online Theraputic Massage Schools

A massage therapist uses touch to manipulate the soft-tissue muscles of the body. Touching includes kneading, rubbing, and acupressure. Massage may be used to treat injuries, relieve stress, to decompress overworked muscles and to promote good general health. Most massage therapists work by appointment only. According to the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics, careers in massage therapy are expected to increase by 19% from 2008 to 2018.
