During the winter months, many RV shows provide an excellent opportunity to see what is new in RVs. They are perfect places to do research, ask questions and poke your head into RVs without being harassed by salesmen. Before you even go to the show is a good time to get your ideas organized. Think about how you plan on using the RV, where you will store it and how much can you afford and will you have to finance it. There are a number of shows across the country.

Advice
To make an RV show enjoyable, keep these tips in mind. Wear comfortable clothing and shoes. It will easily take at least three hours to see a decent show without stopping to ask questions of the salesmen. There will also be places to sit and have a cup of coffee or beer. Pick up a program of the show usually available near the ticket takers. Most representatives will have brochures about their RVs as well. You can gather information for RVs to RV toys for you to review later.
Information
Be sure to ask questions; there will be plenty of knowledgeable representatives to answer them. Take advantage of the free seminars offered at the shows. Use your time to test RVs. Go inside the RV and see how it fits your personality, and if it would fit your plan of usage. Test the driver's seat for comfort. Pretend to cook in the galley, sit and see if it is comfortable to watch TV. Make sure the bathroom is big enough and you can fit in the shower.
