Members of a local North Carolina church, Wade G. and Agnes Coble, donated $3.5 million for health-care services for the elderly community of Alamance County. The Homeplace of Burlington offers many amenities including apartment options and community services. You can choose between a companion or private apartment, and one- or two-bedroom apartment options. All utilities, except telephone and cable, are included. Burlington Manor offers personalized service and care, along with personalized fees. You can choose from companion or private suites, and amenities include wall-to-wall carpeting, window coverings, individual temperature controls and telephone and cable hook-ups. Small pets are welcome to live with you. Three nutritious meals are served daily. Personal laundry services and continence management are included. Community amenities include an on-site beauty and barber shop, outdoor courtyard, outdoor gardening areas and a dining and family room for gatherings.

Springview Assisted Living
Springview Assisted Living offers an on-site coordinator for both individual and group activities. Springview offers a smaller community than other facilities, and they focus mainly on meeting each resident's social and personal needs. The Village at Brookwood
The Village at Brookwood is a non-profit community sponsored by Alamance Regional Medical Center. Care is individualized based on the resident needs, including independent and assisted living. They offer a wellness center which features a salt-water pool, whirlpool spa, exercise equipment, fitness classes and massage therapy.
