Minor Home Repair Grants

A minor home repair grant can keep an elderly, low income and/or disabled person able to stay in their home.

Those without means or who live on a fixed income often can't afford to make minor repairs that mean the difference between a safe or a hazardous home. Depending on where they live, residents may be eligible for minor home repair grants for emergency and other necessary repairs. The U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) funds many of these grants through its Community Development Block Grant program. Does this Spark an idea?
