Find Pegasus Faucet Parts

Pegasus Faucet Parts

Finding parts for your Pegasus faucet may not be so easy, especially if you have misplaced your owner's manual, model number and store receipt. However, you can try a few ways to track down the model number of your Pegasus faucet and get the parts you need to keep the water flowing. Does this Spark an idea?

Instructions

1. Look for a six-digit model number on the front or the side back of your Pegasus faucet. You may need a small mirror and magnifying glass to see them. If you find the model number, call Pegasus Faucets at 1-877-580-5682, between 9 a.m. and 9 p.m. Eastern time, Monday through Friday. Ask for help in obtaining the parts you need. If you couldn't find the model number, continue to Step 2.

2. Take a photo of your faucet with a digital camera or camera phone. Print a copy of the photo.

3. Visit the store where you purchased your Pegasus faucet. They may still carry the same model, or be able to help you identify the faucet you have by the photo you took. If not, call the store's customer service number for assistance. If that doesn't work, continue to Step 4.

4. Send the photo of your faucet to the manufacturer at: Pegasus Faucets, 2455 Paces Ferry Road, Atlanta, GA 30339-4024. Explain the defect in your faucet and ask for help in identifying your faucet model and the necessary repair parts. Include a daytime phone number and return mailing address.
