Atlanta-based PhoneFIXation offers hands-on training classes. The classes are small so there is ample one-on-one time with the instructor. The price of the class includes parts supplier information, tools and equipment, and certification. Two courses are offered, Level 1 and Levels 2 and 3. The Level 1 course is a one-day training program that covers basic topics. The Level 2 and 3 course is a four-day training program and covers more advanced topics.

Alfa Institute
The Alfa Institute is based in India and offers an online cell phone repair course. Unlike the hands-on training, the course is recommended for someone who is already a technician of some sort. The course covers Levels 1 and 2 and uses CDs with videos and an accompanying book. The course price includes one year of free email support. In addition to the online course, there is an advanced hands-on training course that takes two months to complete. Accelerated training is available.
