UMR has offices across the United States, with 14 regional service centers, including sites in Tampa, Florida; Cincinnati, Ohio; Dallas, Texas; and Green Bay, Wisconsin.
History
UnitedHealthcare, which had already acquired Midwest Security Administration, purchased United Medical Resources in 2005. Three years later, UnitedHealthcare acquired Fiserv Health and brought it under the UMR umbrella.
