The Mark J RV Park is a 55-and-older park located eight miles from Orangevale in Sacramento, 1/4-mile from Interstate 80. The park has 48 RV sites with concrete patios, Wi-Fi Internet access and water, sewer and electric connections, with both 30- and 50-amp service available. Guests must stay at least one week; the maximum stay is seven months. The property includes a clubhouse with a kitchen and a laundry room. Activities include playing pool and cards; special dinners are hosted on holidays. An RV repair shop is located across the street from the park, and a fun center, a theater and a museum are located within five miles of the park. in 2010, rates were $130 a week and $515 a month.
