Binoculars are primarily used for watching sporting events or watching birds. If you have broken binoculars, you can use the Redlich Binocular repair service to get your binoculars working again. Binoculars can cost more than $1,000, so replacing them can be more costly than getting them repaired. You can have your binoculars repaired by Redlich by sending them in through the mail. They will repair them and then send them back to you.
Instructions
1. Call Redlich and let them know that you have a pair of binoculars that need repair. They will be able to tell you whether or not they have the materials and parts to repair your binoculars.
2. Tell them that you will be sending your binoculars in for repair so they make any arrangements needed in order to repair your binoculars. They may need to order replacement parts for your unit.
3. Mail your binoculars into Redlich to the address on the company's website (see Resources). Package the binoculars carefully and include in the box a piece of paper with your name, address, phone number and a description of the problem with the binoculars.
4. Wait for Redlich to send you a written estimate on how long it will take to repair the binoculars and how much the repair will cost. Send the written consent back to Redlich with permission to repair the binoculars and a check to cover the cost of the repair.
