Bushnell's StableView electronic stabilization keeps binocular images steady.
Binoculars bring faraway objects up-close, for better viewing at sporting events or for nature watching and sightseeing. A common drawback of all hand-help optical devices is unsteadiness at higher magnifications. Bushnell's 10 by 35 StableView binoculars utilize regular and enhanced modes of electronic image stabilization to counteract the effects of instability such as hand tremor or vibration in a moving vehicle. The binoculars feature multi-coated 35 mm objective lenses with 10X magnification providing a 260-foot field of view at 1,000 yards. The image stabilization function is powered by two AA alkaline batteries.
Instructions
1. Look through both eyepieces. Swivel the eyepiece positions so they match the distance between your eyes. When correctly adjusted, you should see a single circular image when looking through both eyepieces.
2. Close your right eye and rotate the center focus control knob until the image in the left eye is sharply focused.
3. Open your right eye and close your left eye. Rotate the diopter ring on the right eyepiece until the image in the right eye is sharply focused.
4. Open both eyes and point the binoculars at a distant object. Rotate the center focus control knob to bring the object into focus.
5. Make all subsequent focus adjustments with the center focus control knob only.
