Las Vegas shoppers can save money by purchasing clothes at consignment shops.
Las Vegas is known for its casinos, exciting dining opportunities and exquisite shopping. Visitors and residents alike might be surprised to know that a variety of consignment clothing shops await them in the area. Consignment shops sell slightly used clothing at reduced rates. Terms can vary. Many shop owners offer a 50/50 split to clients who are consigning their wares. These establishments sell garments and accessories ranging from high-end fashion to trendy hip-hop styles. Does this Spark an idea?
Fashion Exchange
Fashion Exchange is located between Cimarron Road and Durango Drive. Linda has owned the store for over ten years and has one quest in mind: to satisfy customers. She has received many follow-up calls from women who landed jobs, due in part to the fashion advice they received at the Fashion Exchange. You can find quality items from formal wear to BBQ garb. There are fashions from Chico's, Nordstrom, Bebe and Cache. Even though there is something for everyone, the clientele tends to be over 30 years of age, according to Linda. If you would like to consign clothing, you will need to have a minimum of 15 pieces. When items sell, the owner receives 50 percent of the sale price.

You can expect to see many high-end styles --- such as Gucci and Dolce & Gabbana --- at greatly reduced prices. Turn over a pair of Jimmy Choo or Manolo Blahnik shoes and you won't see scuff marks.
