Instructions
Making Scratch Remover Fluid
1. Distill tap water by using a water filter or buy a bottle of mineral water.
2. Put about 4 cups of water into a bowl and add a drop of dishwashing liquid. Mix the solution thoroughly.
3. Dip a lint-free cloth into the solution and gently wipe the scratched area of your CD, DVD or game. Wipe from the inner hole to the outside edge in a linear motion.
Fixing Scratches with Toothpaste
4. Hold the disc up to find the scratches.
5. Apply a small amount of toothpaste to a clean lint-free cloth and gently rub the paste into the scratches. Run the cloth, in a linear motion, over the scratches a few times. Apply more toothpaste, if necessary.
6. Hold the disc under warm water. Dry with a clean lint-free cloth.
