Instructions
1. Set your ladder up so you can get onto the roof of your mobile home.
2. Once on the roof, use a combination of the wire brush and the paint scraper to remove any old loose, peeling, bubbling or flaking rubber coating.
3. Sweep the roof to remove large pieces of debris.
4. Mix bleach and water in a ratio of 1:3 in the bucket and use the push broom as a scrub brush with the bleach water to thoroughly scrub the entire surface of the roof.
5. Use the garden hose to completely rinse the roof and allow the roof to dry.
6. Use the stiff brush to apply patching cement to screw holes, seams, flashing edges and the J-rail running along the edges of the roof. Allow the patching cement to extend beyond all areas by a one inch margin. Allow the patching cement to dry completely.
7. Stir the roof coating, then apply to the entire roof, using a paint roller. Pay attention to packaging directions regarding thickness, dry time and number of required coats. If more than one coat is recommended, follow the dry time specifications and then apply another coat.
