You can give your mobile home a very nice face lift with a good pressure washing and a fresh coat of paint. Not only will it give your home cosmetic appeal, it can extend the life of your aluminum siding as well. Does this Spark an idea?

Instructions

1. Pressure wash the outer exterior of the home and allow to dry. Inspect the exterior for any dents and repair those if necessary. Caulk any holes or cracks around windows. Allow caulking to dry.

2. Sand down any rusted spots or scratches on the aluminum siding and apply the primer. Allow this to dry. Cover any areas that you do not want to be painted such as windows or doors with plastic sheeting and tape.

3. Make sure the siding is completely dry then apply one coat of primer. Allow this to dry completely before applying the next coat of paint. Primer allows the exterior paint to adhere to the siding without flaking. Then spray on the acrylic latex exterior paint. Allow to dry completely
