Write A Homeowners Association Slogan

A homeowners association fills many roles in today's residential society. A homeowners association helps new homeowners by providing a forum for the collective management of a housing community and regulating residential issues like uniform appearance and neighborly disputes. 1. Appoint a person or a committee to write the slogan. This person or persons will study possibilities to find what is right for the group. They will help set the tone that the association will encourage in the community.


2. Think about the association's main goals. Are there particular issues that the homeowners association will address? Write down these main ideas.


3. Consider your target audience. What kind of homeowners are you addressing? Is there, for example, an age group that you are reaching out to, while supporting a fair and non-discriminatory housing policy?


4. Brainstorm. Record several possible choices, or several ideas from each person on the committee.


5. Vote. Choose the slogan that you feel best represents the work of the committee. Provide this slogan to the group at large for feedback.
