City College
City College is a Florida-based vocational and technical college system with three campuses, including one in Miami. Associate of Science degrees are offered in health and medical fields, broadcasting, business accounting and management, nursing and private investigation services. Diplomas are available in phlebotomy, medical assisting and medical coding and billing. As of 2010 the school costs $235 per credit for all students. Financial aid representatives will work with in-need students to find means to fund their career education.

FastTrain
FastTrain is a technical training school where students can receive a certificate in less than a year. The campus is accredited and licensed. FastTrain offers training in two fields--health care careers (which includes medical assistant and medical coding and billing) and computer technology (which includes computer repair, network administration and management information systems). FastTrain also helps students obtain financial aid as well as offering a placement program.

Florida Career College
Florida Career College is a multi-campus career institute which includes a campus in Miami. FCC has five schools under its umbrella including schools for business, information technology, allied health, wellness and cosmetology. The college offers a career services office that arranges career fairs, on-campus recruiting, resume referrals and workshops on subjects such as job searches, resume building and interviewing.

Keiser University is a multi-campus institution with a campus in the Kendall area of Miami, FL. The Technical Career Institute offers diploma and associate degree programs to Miami since 1975. TCI has a career services department that helps students find placement in their fields after graduation. ATI Career Training Center is multi-campus career and technical training institute with a location in Miami. The Miami campus offers training in automotive repair, electronics and HVAC systems.
