Complain About Sears Service

Sears is a national department store that carries a wide variety of products and provides a number of services to customers. Some of these services include tire and automotive repair, appliance delivery and repair, and general assistance from store employees. If you have received bad service from a Sears employee, it is always a good idea to let the company know what happened. This gives them the chance to correct the situation, so that you will consider doing business with them in the future.

2. Complete the "contact us" form. Include your name, phone number and email address.


3. Choose the category that your complaint best fits into from the "subject" line. Write your complaint in the the "comments" field.
