Those on the East Coast might want to look into Cooper's Beach in Southampton, New York. According to Dr. Stephen P. Leatherman, Director of Florida International University's Laboratory for Coastal Research, "historic mansions grace the beautiful, grass-covered sand dunes; the turrets of Calvin Klein's mansion are among the views visible from Cooper's Beach."
