Visions water coolers use no rustable metal components.
Visions water coolers, manufactured by MTN Products, come in two varieties, the VBLX110 and the VBLX210. Both provide refrigeration and heating and have ABS front panels on a one piece cabinet made of high density polyethylene. The unit comes in a variety of colors and features Tomlinson faucets with child resistant hot water taps. Visions water coolers feature a 1/2 gallon hot water tank and a 1 gallon cold water reservoir.
Instructions
1. Place the Visions water cooler where it is easily accessible, but out of the way of traffic. Because the water cooler weighs between 31.7 and 33.2 pounds depending on the model, it is very top heavy when the water bottle is in place, and can be easily knocked over.
2. Plug the Visions' power cord into a grounded outlet nearby. Tuck the extra cord into the opening at the back of the base of the unit to prevent tripping.
3. Place the water bottle near the front of the cooler.
4. Lift the bottle to the height of the top of the cooler. Turn the bottle over so that the opening slides into the top of the Vision water cooler. When the bottle seats in place, the cap of the bottle will be pierced and allow water to flow. It may be helpful to have assistance here, due to the weight of the bottle. Allow the cold and hot water reservoirs to fill up.
5. Test the unit by pouring a cup of cold water, and then a cup of hot water. The cycle time for heating water in the hot water tank is two minutes and thirty seconds. The cold water will reach optimum temperature within eight minutes. Use caution, however, as the Visions water coolers heat water to as high as 190 degrees F.
